Pricing & plans
How much does ONARA Ops cost?
ONARA Ops is one flat $49 a month for unlimited users. The optional ONARA Books bookkeeping add-on is a further $29 a month. There are no per-user or per-job fees.
Do you charge per user?
No. Unlimited users are included in the flat price. Add apprentices, subbies and office staff at no extra cost.
Is there a free trial?
Your first month is free. Add a card to start, nothing is charged today, and you can cancel any time in the first 30 days.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel any time. Your access continues to the end of the current billing period, and there is no lock-in contract.
Getting started
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Add your logo and colours, set up your services, and you can take your first booking the same day. There is no setup fee and no onboarding project.
Can I bring my existing data across?
Yes. You can import your customers and key data. You own your information and can export it any time, so there is no lock-in.
Can I add my whole team?
Yes. Users are unlimited and free. Each person gets their own login with an owner, manager or staff role, so they only see what they should.
Who is ONARA Ops for?
Trade and service businesses, from a solo operator up to around 20 on the tools, who want one simple system instead of juggling several.
Features & payments
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. ONARA Ops runs on any device and installs to your phone's home screen like an app. Native iOS and Android apps are on the way too.
How do customer payments work?
Customers can pay your invoices by card, powered by Stripe, straight into your account. ONARA takes no cut. You pay Stripe's standard processing rates, and we never add a markup.
Do I get my own booking page and website?
Yes. A branded online booking page and your own public website are included, along with a customer portal, all white labelled to your brand.
Does ONARA do bookkeeping, GST and BAS?
The optional ONARA Books add-on handles GST and BAS, expenses, a mileage logbook and profit per job for $29 a month. It is a tool to assist you, not a registered tax or BAS agent, so always check figures before you rely on them.
Does it work with Xero?
Yes. ONARA Ops has a one-way Xero sync that pushes your invoices across. More integrations, including MYOB and QuickBooks, are on the roadmap.
Data, security & support
Where is my data stored?
Your core business data is hosted in Sydney, Australia. We use encryption in transit and role-based access. See our Security page for the detail.
Is my data safe and private?
We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles, and you own your data. Read our Privacy Policy and Trust Centre for more.
How do I get help?
There is a searchable help centre inside the app, plus guides on our website. You can also contact us directly, real people, based in Western Australia.
Is ONARA Ops Australian?
Yes. ONARA is Western Australian owned and operated, with no outside shareholders.
