Your team

The whole crew, on one job list.

Unlimited logins at one flat price. Invite the crew, give each person the keys they need, and see who is where without ringing around.

Start free

Team logins are live for every ONARA Ops member today: no waitlist, no add-on, no per-seat fee. Add a person under Team, send them an invite, and they are on their own jobs from their phone within the minute.

Everyone works off the same job. The office sees the whole board, the crew see what is theirs, and what they log on site lands on the job and in their timesheet without anyone re-typing it.

Hand out the keys

Pick an access level and see exactly which doors open for that person. These are the real levels from the app. Have a play.

Access level

On the tools. Their own work, nothing else.

  • ✓Their own jobs, schedule and timesheet
  • ✓Photos, notes, clock on and docket scans on site
  • ·Every job and customer
  • ·Quotes and invoices
  • ·Approving the crew's timesheets
  • ·Settings and templates
  • ·Business reports
  • ·Adding and managing the team
  • ·Billing, payments and the subscriptionOwner only

Wages, bank details and the subscription stay with the owner whatever level a person has. Prefer your own mix? Custom lets you tick each door.

The week board: your team down the side, Monday to Sunday across, or turned round with the team across the top when the crew grows. Drag a job to hand it to someone, stretch it to the time the work needs. A real screen, tap to enlarge.

What the crew see: their own jobs, with Driving there and Clock on one tap away.

Invite the crew in a minute

Add a person under Team with their email, tap Invite to log in, and they get a link to set their password. iPhone users grab the ONARA Ops app from the App Store; Android is in early access.

  • Your Overview lists anyone on the team who has no login yet, with a Send invite button beside each name.
  • Team members without a login still get every job alert by email and text, with the day, time and address, and an Ask for my login button.
  • Same login on the phone, the tablet and the office computer, and everything stays in sync.

The keys they actually need

Every person has an access level, and each option says exactly what it opens, so you are never guessing what the apprentice can see.

  • Employee (on the tools): their own jobs, schedule and timesheet, with photos, notes, clock on and docket scans on site.
  • Foreman: every job, customer, quote and invoice, and approving the crew's timesheets.
  • Office: all of that plus settings, templates and the business reports.
  • Operations Manager: everything except billing and payments, which stay with the owner.
  • Custom: tick exactly what they can get into. Wages, bank details and the subscription are owner-only whatever is ticked.
  • Any login can add two-factor sign-in with a six digit code from their phone. A lost phone is reset by the owner, not a support queue.

On the tools, from the phone

The crew's home screen is their day: the jobs that are theirs, in order, with everything they need to do the work and nothing they don't.

  • Driving there and Clock on under each job, one tap each. Finished one job and off to the next? Tap Driving there on the next one and the switch is made.
  • Photos, notes and paper dockets go straight onto the job. No signal on site? They wait on the phone and send themselves when it is back.
  • A one-tap on-my-way text to the customer, directions to the address, and the job's checklist to tick off.
  • A nudge when a job's start time arrives: a notification on the phone and a banner on their home screen.

Who is where, right now

Open the team schedule and the day is laid out: everyone down the side, the hours across, and each person's clock beside their name.

  • On site at, Driving to, or Off the clock since, for each person, updating itself every minute.
  • The week board: drag a job onto someone's day, stretch it to the time it needs, or hand it to someone else. Double-booked hours show in red.
  • Put several people on one job. Everyone on it sees it, and anyone newly added is told by email and text.
  • Annual leave, sick leave and RDOs sit on the schedule, striped and named, and a job booked over leave says so before the day comes.
  • A job that runs over several days keeps every day on the schedule, with that day's crew, so the record of who was on site stays put.

Hours that land where they should

Clock-ons become timesheets, timesheets become a pay run, and the same hours cost the job. Nobody keys anything twice.

  • Each person sends their week for approval; you approve it and it locks. Fix an entry before then from the phone or the job.
  • Export the approved week for payroll as a CSV, one row per person per day, travel on its own line.
  • Each person's charge-out rate prices their labour on quotes and invoices, and their cost rate shows the true margin on the job.
  • Remove someone and their login goes, but every job and every hour they logged stays on the record.

Questions, answered

Is team access live, or still being rolled out?

Live, for every member, today. Team logins, access levels, the team schedule and timesheets have been part of ONARA Ops since July 2026. There is no waitlist, no Teams add-on and nothing to ask support to switch on.

How many staff can ONARA handle?

As many as you have. Logins are unlimited and included in the flat $49 a month, so an apprentice, a foreman, the office and a subbie you use every week can all have their own login at no extra cost.

What can my field crew see?

Only what is theirs, unless you open more. An Employee login shows their own jobs, schedule and timesheet, with the on-site tools. They never see other people's work, your prices to the customer beyond their own jobs, wages, bank details or billing.

Can the office run the business without the owner?

Yes. Office and Operations Manager logins cover jobs, quotes, invoices, customers, settings, reports and (for Operations Manager) the team. Billing, payments, the bank details on invoices and the subscription stay with the owner's login.

Do subbies need a login?

No. Send a subbie a job by text or email and they accept, see the details and mark it done on a public page with no app and no login. Give a regular subbie a login only if you want them on the team schedule and timesheets.
