Questions, answered
Is ONARA really white-label?
We'd rather say it plainly than use the label. Your booking page, quotes, invoices, customer portal and emails carry your logo, colours and name, up top where it matters. ONARA appears as one small grey 'Made with ONARA Ops' line at the very bottom, the same way Square, Stripe and Xero sign the invoices their customers send. If you'd rather it wasn't there, switch it off in Settings, Branding, and it's gone from everything.
Do my customers ever see ONARA?
In three small places: the 'Made with ONARA Ops' line at the bottom of your pages and emails (yours to switch off), the sender line of the emails and texts ONARA sends for you, and the onaraops.com.au web address your pages live on. Everything else is your brand, and their replies and calls come straight to you.
Can my customers book and pay without an app?
Yes. Everything runs in a normal web browser with nothing to download. You get a real app on your phone to manage it all, installed straight from the browser, no app store needed.
What if I don't have a website?
Your branded booking page works on its own and you can share the link anywhere. If you want a full site, ONARA Studios builds one for tradies with your booking system built in.
Do I own my data?
Always. Your customers and your numbers are yours to export any time, with no lock-in.
