Do my customers need an app to book?
No. They book on a normal web page from any phone or computer, with nothing to download. You get a real app on your phone to manage it all, but your customers just tap a link.
Can I put the booking form on my own website?
Yes. Share your booking link anywhere, or embed the booking button and form directly on your existing site so customers never leave it. You'll find both in Settings, under Embed & API.
What details can I collect when someone books?
Whatever you like. Name, job address and description are always asked, and you can switch on email, phone, service type, timing, budget, photos and more, marking any of them required.
Is there a limit on how many bookings I can take?
No. ONARA is one flat price with no cap on bookings or jobs, so getting busy never costs you more.
Can I take a deposit when someone books?
Yes. You can ask for a deposit at the time of booking when you want a bit of commitment before you head out.
