Can I track panel and inverter serial numbers on each solar install?
Yes. You add photos and notes to every job, so you can snap the panel and inverter serials, the roof and the switchboard, and keep them attached to that install. It is not a dedicated CEC compliance form, but everything you need for the STC claim and the warranty stays on the job.
Does ONARA handle solar quotes with the STC rebate taken off?
You build the quote line by line, so you can list the system, panels, inverter and battery, then show the rebate as a discount line before the total. ONARA does not lodge STCs or deal with the Clean Energy Regulator, so you still handle that side, but the customer facing quote and price are sorted.
Can I take payment for a solar install straight after commissioning?
Yes. You invoice from the job the day it is commissioned and take card payment straight to your own account, and ONARA takes no cut of the invoice. On a bigger system you can invoice a deposit up front and the balance on completion.
