Site safety documents and inspection reports
Create the safety paperwork for a job and have the crew sign on from their phones, plus professional condition and inspection reports your client gets on a branded page, with the findings turning into a quote. In early testing with members now.
Android app on Google Play
The iPhone app shipped in August 2026 and is on the App Store now. Google Play is next. In the meantime ONARA Ops runs fully on Android in the browser and installs like an app.

MYOB and QuickBooks sync
Send invoices and payments to more accounting packages, alongside the Xero sync we already have.
Two-way calendar sync
Your jobs already feed into Apple, Google and Outlook calendar, and keep themselves up to date. Coming next: changes you make in your calendar flowing back into ONARA Ops.
Maintenance and service schedules
Recurring jobs already repeat when you finish one. Coming next: auto-book a service on a set schedule and remind the customer it's due, without closing the last one first.
